Further to the comment regarding EX-Prison officer “John Brown”….Lets not deviate from what is important here..Wether the author of these comments is that of a serving prison officer or that of a prison inmate is NOT the issue The issue here is that of a man Known now by the name of “John Brown” the EX-prison officer so correctly dismissed and sacked by the prison service for his OWN ADMITANCE OF VIOLENCE TOWARDS A PRISON INMATE Further more it “WAS WRONG” for the Judge at the crown court to throw out the case of assault aginst “BROWN” for assaulting the inmate That decision should have been left for a JURY to decide.Who knows what the “JURY” would of decided More than likely what the prison service had already decided That “BROWN” was infact guilty of assault Lets face it He admits PUNCHING AND KICKING THE INMATE.There are rules set out within the prison service that state “CONTROL RESTRAINT PROCEDURES”Must be used at “ALL”Times when “RESTRAINING” AN INMATE DEEMED VIOLENT OR TO BE THREATENING TO USE VIOLENCE.The normal trick is to “AGREE” to the inmates angst by way of using the agreement to calm the inmate down “UNTIL” Such times as “BACK UP”is called i.e When a team of prison officers are called “AS A GROUP” To deal with the impending trouble.and to remove the inmate and the impending threatend trouble”NOT”as a single prison officer to “PUNCH KICK”and beat the inmate .There are alot more things can be said about “JOHN BROWN” Prison is said to be a tool to try to show sence to those souls who end up within them walls.There have been many occasion when “JOHN BROWN” has completely un-done the good work of other prison officers when dealing with volatile inmates Systematicaly coming into work day after day within the walls of Durham prison and picking his “INMATE VICTIM” of the day.and Sacking the inmate from there prison job “Simply” because “JOHN BROWN” can. Durham prison is a better place now that “BROWN” has been “REMOVED”Lets hope that this message is sent “RIGHT ACCROSS”The prison system.That prison officers “WILL”be brought to book by there “OWN” Should they even think they can “KICK AND PUNCH INMATES”£29000 Back in the tax payers bank !

In the interests of freedom of speech, truth, freedom of opinion, whatever you want to call it, I am allowed this comment to be posted. IF my correspondent is speaking the truth, then we have the media to blame (again) for reporting falsely adjusted news to the masses. As long as the topic is objective and clean, I have no problem. I do ask how you come by your own information, are you an ex ‘lag’ from Durham – and why were you there?
